Get out your blender and place 10 full almond, 1 1/4 cups slice fresh or frozen strawberries, 1 fully ripe banana and water inside.
Blend to mix, then add 10-12 ice cubes and puree until smooth. Continue mixing until evenly incorporated, about 25-40 seconds.
1 fully ripe banana
1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
12 hold almonds
3 table spoon vanilla or strawberry flavored protein powder
4 table spoon of water
Add all the ingredients into your best personal blender – except the ice. Blend to mix, then add the ice cubes and puree until smooth. Add the protein powder and continue mixing until everything evenly mixed out it should take about 30-45 seconds.
Great smoothie for after workout or meal replacement.
